Fingerprint appointment Hours Begin at 10:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. We reserve the right to cancel appointments that are not confirmed when we send out notice via text, or appointments that are not kept. We will not rebook missed appointments! PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR JOB AND/OR AGENCY REQUIRES PRINTS, YOU MUST HAVE AN AGENCY PROVIDED FORM ON FILE WITH THE ISP WHEN GETTING YOUR PRINTS! THE FORM CAN BE DOWNLOADED BELOW. PLEASE BRING WITH YOU TO THE APPOINTMENT APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT THE FORM WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITION FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) IF WE SUPPLY THE FORM!
